Subsequently, BODYVIVE is a perfect option for introducing new users to the benefits of group fitness training.
is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute exercise program features a balance of endurance and functional strength training by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. By emphasizing on a low-weight, high repetition workout, the risk of injury is significantly reduce while participants strengthen their entire body.

BODYVIVE “Smart Cards” are one of our newest tools to advance the training of instructors and enhance the how they coach and encourage class participants. There are 22 BODYVIVE “Smart Cards” available addressing topics such as DiabetesLower Back Pain, Joint Replacement, and Fall Prevention.
